Carolyn Livingstone

Managing Partner

Carolyn leverages more than 20 years of experience in healthcare executive search and corporate recruiting spanning C-Suite, Operating Partner/Advisor and functional senior leadership. As a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, Carolyn has developed long-lasting partnerships with senior leaders in the provider-centric healthcare services, digital health, and pharma services verticals. She actively leads and conducts operating executive and advisory recruiting projects and excels at new client development with some of the most respected healthcare private equity and venture sponsors. 

In 1996, she established an independent research and consulting firm, through which she served executive search industry leaders including: Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart, and Korn Ferry. She has a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Corey Livingstone

Corey brings more than 9 years of healthcare services executive search experience. He specializes in recruiting senior executives across the C-suite, with a focus on COO/President, CFO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Medical Officer, CIO/CTO, Heads of RCM, and senior functional leadership roles.

Corey has extensive experience working across the continuum of risk capital, and has partnered with many of the most respected venture capital, growth equity, and private equity funds in North America. His sector expertise spans the healthcare landscape, with an emphasis on provider-centric healthcare services, retail healthcare, digital health, healthcare IT, and pharma services.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Investment Finance from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business in Canada.
